This primate adventure package includes a visit to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park (BINP) for an ultimate gorilla trekking experience and combines up close with chimpanzees in Kibale National Park, the primate capital of the world.
Kibale National Pak lies in western Uganda, sheltering moist evergreen rainforest. This park was gazetted in 1993 and spans up to 795sq.km, containing 13 species of primates including an estimated of 1500 chimpanzees and 12 more primate species. It offers remarkably unforgettable chimpanzee treks in any of its 4 habituated communities.
Bwindi is Uganda’s leading mountain gorilla trekking destination, home to more than 459 mountain gorillas. BINP is situated in far Southwestern Uganda, covering 331sq.km of land area and contains 4 sectors –Buhoma, Nkuringo, Rushaga and Ruhija.
